    • Market your business

    • Adhere to TEC House Rules

    • Maintain equipment in good working order

    • If an electrologist chooses to accept insurance and work with the third party claims processor, they are responsible for paying monthly database fees

    • Maintain SDS Binder: add sheets for any additional products you use to service clients

    • Eyewear / Loupes

    • The Electrolysis Collective fee is 38% of gross treatment revenue.

    • Unlike the industry standard—where 40–60% typically goes to the house without added benefits—our members receive perks like continuing education, association memberships, professional development, and operate under their own business name.

    • More clients receive the treatment they need

    • TEC electrologists gain the skills, clientele, and financial foundation to launch their own independent practices

    • Everyone prospers—personally, professionally, and financially! $$$

    • As an independent business, you are under no obligation to use specific equipment or supplies, you may bring in and use anything you prefer.

    • YOU determine the clients that you do or do not work with, your rates, etc.
